Birth Doula Services Include:

Labor Doula Services:

  • Labor support
  • Pre-natal visit (2)
  • Postpartum follow-up (1)
  • Digital Picture of Birthing.
  • Birthing Affirmations tape.
  • Relaxation tape for birthing
  • New Parent's Gift Package
  • Lending library to check out books on birthing
  • Assistance with and preparation of a Birth Plan
  • Massage and other alternative pain relief measures
  • Breastfeeding preparation, information and support
  • Accompany mother to meet with doctor or midwife (1 visit)
  • Suggestions for a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery
  • Stay with you after the birth until you feel comfortable (approx. 1 to 2 hour)
  • Labor and birth positioning suggestions for comfort and labor progress
  • Telephone support and advice throughout pregnancy and immediate postpartum (24/7)
  • Alternative relief measures for morning sickness and other discomforts during pregnancy

Postpartum Doula Services Include:

Families can hire a doula for a minimum of 4 hours.  Most contract our help for 2 to 10 days for four hours each day.  Postpartum Doulas can be reserved in advanced.   Serenity Springs Child Birthing is not only a Postpartum Doula but also a Birth Doula.  For Birth Doula rate please asks.  If you have both Birth Doula and Postpartum you will get an extra 10% off bill.

Our Rates: (Minimum of 4 hours)

  • $25 per hour (6 AM - 6 PM)

  • $30 per hour (after      6 PM)

4 Day Package:

$384  4 hours each day..  Doula services will be between the hours of 6 AM - 6 PM.  Make this a night hour's package for only $80 more.

5 Day Package:

$460  4 hours each day for five days.  Doula services will be between the hours of 6 AM - 6 PM.  Make this a night hour's package for only $100 more.

6 Day Package:

$528  4 hours each day for  days .  Doula services will be between the hours of 6 AM - 6 PM.  Make this a night hour's package for only $120 more.

With the purchase of the 6 day package you may purchase additional hours at the rate of $20 days and $25 hours nights.  Night Doulas must be prearranged and based on availability.

There is no application fee for hiring a postpartum doula.  There will be a $50 charge to  reserve a doula.

Childbirth Education Classes Include:

  • Sibling Classes - 1 class for 1 to 1 1/2 hours                                                     $ 15.00
  • Breastfeeding Classes - 2 classes 2 hours                                                       $  35.00
  • Prenatal Classes for Expectant Parent - 6 classes 1 1/2 hour (6 weeks)      $ 60.00
  • Pregnancy Club - 8 classes for 1 to 1 1/2 hour (informal night out)                  $ 20.00
