When you intake interview is completed the Hypnotherapist understands the changes you want to make in your life and will help you make those changes through wonderful hypnosis.
You can just relax! Actually, there is little for you to do. It is helpful if you trust your Hypnotherapist to lead you into a wonderful state of relaxing calming and safe hypnosis. You of course understand that this is self-hypnosis and at anytime you can open your eyes and end the session.
You are always in control!
You will work together as a team! You can help yourself and your Hypnotherapist by breathing in deeply and exhaling slowly as you continue reading this information. You become more calm as you breathe in deeply and more relaxed as you exhale slowly. You might also want to put yourself in a more comfortable position. Some people like to remove their shoe, release tight belts and cords and just feel at home. We encourage you to do the same.
